How does Next Matter pricing work?

Next Matter pricing: an enterprise platform fee plus per-user and per-run usage, with unlimited orchestrations, steps and automations, and unlimited external/guest users.

Next Matter uses a transparent enterprise model: a monthly platform fee, plus a per-user fee, plus usage above a generous included threshold, rather than charging per workflow or per automation. The Enterprise tier starts at $7,500/month (≈€6,950) platform fee, $49 (≈€45) per user/month, and $1 (≈€0.93) per orchestration run over 10,000/month.

Orchestrations, steps and automations are unlimited, and so are external users and guest interfaces, so bringing clients and counterparties into a process doesn't add seat costs. Included allowances cover 10,000+ runs/month and 300 API calls/minute.

Deployment options include custom AWS, Azure or GCP environments for funds and administrators digitising core operations at scale. For a quote against your operation and volumes, book a demo.
